Beverly Hills Lingual Institute - Location

The Beverly Hills Lingual Institute is located at 439 North Canon Drive, Suite 207. This is a new facility built in 2003 in the heart of the beautiful Golden Triangle of Beverly Hills. There is a large parking structure beneath the building, and the area has superb dining and shopping. For those familiar with Beverly Hills , we are located directly above Dutton’s Bookstore and Umenohana Japanese restaurant; Crate&Barrel is located directly to the west of us on Beverly Drive ; and the new second story passageway connecting Canon Drive and Beverly Drive runs along the southern side of the building.

Parking in the building is free for the first two hours when you arrive before 6:00 pm, and there is a flat $2.00 charge when you arrive after 6:00 pm. There are two entrances to the parking garage, one at 438 North Beverly Drive and the other at 439 North Canon Drive. There are also two sets of elevators, one set located on the Canon Drive side of the parking structure, and another set of elevators on the Beverly Drive side of the structure. We are located on the second floor next to the Canon Drive set of elevators. As you exit the elevator, proceed through the double glass doors opposite the elevator and down the hallway to the entrance of the Beverly Hills Lingual Institute.

Beverly Hills Lingual Institute - Directions

From the 405 Northbound: Exit National. Turn right (east) onto National and left (north) at first light onto Sepulveda.

• Continue on Sepulveda to Olympic and turn right onto Olympic.
• Continue on Olympic to Spalding and turn left onto Spalding.
• Continue on Spalding to Wilshire and turn right onto Wilshire.
• Continue on Wilshire to Beverly Drive and turn left onto Beverly Drive.
• Proceed north on Beverly to 438 N. Beverly (Crate&Barrel). Turn right into parking garage. 439 N. Canon Drive is located above the eastern half of this parking garage.

From the 101: Exit Coldwater Canyon. Go south on Coldwater Canyon past Mulholland and continue until it turns into Beverly Drive.

• Continue south on Beverly Drive, crossing Sunset and Santa Monica Blvd.
• Turn left into parking garage at 438 N. Beverly Drive (Crate&Barrel). 439 N. Canon Drive is located above the eastern half of this parking garage

From the 10: Exit Overland. Turn north (two rights if exiting off the 10 Eastbound, one right if exiting the 10 Westbound) onto Overland.

• Continue on Overland to Olympic and turn right onto Olympic.
• Continue on Olympic to Spalding and turn left onto Spalding.
• Continue on Spalding to Wilshire and turn right onto Wilshire.
• Continue on Wilshire to Beverly Drive and turn left onto Beverly Drive.
• Proceed north on Beverly to 438 N. Beverly (Crate&Barrel). Turn right into parking garage. 439 N. Canon Drive is located above the eastern half of this parking garage.
